Tiny Table Cooks Summer with Nisha Parmar – Super Speedy Pasta

Mum, Masterchef 2018 semi-finalist, cafe owner and private chef to a string of celebrity clients – meet Nisha Parmar. This Summer, we’re hugely excited to have Nisha join us on Tiny Table as our resident family-food chef. Each week throughout July and August she’ll be sharing her most loved family meals straight from her kitchen to yours. Believing food is the best way to bring families together, Nisha recipes, step-by-step videos and fail-safe top tips will make whipping up bites for your brood a breeze. 

Nisha’s Super Speedy Pasta

A super speedy pasta for kids and adults alike using 3 ingredients – cream cheese, pesto and peas.

You will need…
1 tablespoon of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of pesto
Black olives

Boil a pan of water and cook the pasta.
Once al dente, set aside and reserve the pasta water. 
On a medium heat, add the cream cheese into the pan and let it melt.
Add a dash of the pasta water into the cream cheese to emulsify and make a rich, creamy sauce.
Add in the pesto and mix with cream cheese sauce.
Mix through with peas and black olives.
Add the drained pasta and throughly mix to coat the pasta in the creamy pesto sauce.
