From signature dishes including the much-snapped smoked salmon, fruited pumpernickel and hard boiled hen’s eggs smattered with capers to kids breakfast faves – buttermilk pancakes with berries from the Market Garden, buttery croissants and toasted fruit and walnut bread.  

If you’re a mum-to-be and looking to harness the power of food during your pregnancy, Daylesford’s Blossom: Cooking for Pregnancy and Newborn Course is an informative and delicious pre-babe treat.  

This half day course on 29th November at The Cookery School at Daylesford will explore simple ways to include nourishing ingredients in your home cooking and suggestions to ease nausea and indigestion as well as exploring how your diet can support breast-feeding,   and aid recovery from child birth. Over the course of the day you will enjoy a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cookery, creating your own delicious dishes which will all be eaten together around our Chef’s Table. Developed alongside our resident nutritionist, Rhaya Jordan, this is a wonderful course for expectant and new mums who are looking for ways to support their health through nutritious, delicious foods.
