Tipped as one of London’s best coffee shops, Crouch End’s Haberdashery is the perfect spot for a vegan breaky with the babe. Sourcing fresh seasonal fare, the eclectic eatery boasts an Aussie Porridge made with creamy coconut milk, banana, cinnamon and pepped up with pomegranate and orange zest. Those looking for a more hearty start to their day The Vegan Breakfast is piled high with scrambled spiced tofu, golden polenta, avo, confit tomato and iron-rich spinach, complete with a hunk of sourdough for good measures.

Teetering on the edge of Islington’s Angel lies The Gate. A purely vegan and vegetarian menu, add a little spice to Veganuary with their lipsmacking Heuvos Rancheros. With a menu free of gluten, refined sugar and hydrogenated fats, virtuous eating is made easy. Salad fiends are spoilt for choice – from puy lentil and beetroot salad with mustard maple vinaigrette to squash and spiralized beetroot noodle salad scattered with spiced cashews. Afternoon Tea at La Suite West
Time for tea? West London’s La Suite West offer a quintessentially contemporary vegan alternative to the classic afternoon tea. Cashew nut cream cheese, mustard cress, barbecued tempeh and scrambled tofu fill finger sandwiches, vegan scones are ready to be slathered with whipped coconut cream and topped with fresh strawberries and the chef’s cake stand is resplendent with vegan sweet treats for the whole family.
